Selecting the Correct Hose
Hydraulic brake systems use different hose diameters, barbs, olives, compression fittings and connection systems.
Both our 2.0 × 5.0mm and 2.2 × 5.0mm hoses have a 5.0mm outside diameter but different internal bore sizes, so they require appropriately sized barbs and fittings.
The 2.5 × 5.4mm option requires fittings suitable for the larger hose dimensions.
Always check your existing brake system and fittings before ordering.

Hydraulic brakes are a safety-critical component. Correct fittings must be used for both the selected hose size and brake system, and installation, cutting and bleeding should be carried out correctly.
