ZTTO Internal Cable Routing Kit – ICR-1.0
Anyone who’s spent far too long trying to fish a cable through an internally routed frame will appreciate this one!
The ZTTO ICR-1.0 Internal Cable Routing Kit is a massive time and frustration saver and an extremely useful addition to any home or professional bike workshop working with modern internally routed bikes — including e-bikes.
Using a combination of powerful magnets, flexible guide wires and dedicated fittings, the kit helps guide shift cables, brake hoses, cable housing and e-bike wiring through internal frame passages.
Features
Complete internal cable routing tool kit
Powerful magnetic cable-guiding system
Flexible guides make navigating frame tubes easier
Suitable for shift cables and housing
Suitable for hydraulic brake hoses
Includes fittings for e-bike wiring
Multiple magnetic heads and connectors
Helps reduce time and frustration when servicing internally routed bikes
Compact, reusable workshop tool
Ideal for home mechanics and professional workshops
How It Works
The system uses powerful magnets to help guide cables and hoses through the inside of the frame.
Attach the appropriate magnetic guide or connector to the cable, hose or wire being routed. The main external magnet can then be moved along the outside of the frame, attracting and guiding the internal magnet through the frame tube towards the required opening.
The flexible magnetic tool can also be used to retrieve and manoeuvre the internal guide through difficult sections of the frame.
Kit Includes
1 × Flexible Magnet
1 × Detachable Cap with Main Magnet
1 × Flexible Wire with Magnet & Threaded Tip
1 × E-Bike Fittings
1 × Hydraulic Hose Connector
1 × Magnet with Straight Head
1 × English / Chinese Instruction Manual
Recommended Frame Materials
Best suited to:
Carbon Fibre
Aluminium Alloy
Titanium Alloy
Note: Magnetic routing tools may not work effectively through steel frame tubing due to the magnetic interaction with the frame itself.
TB Tech Tip
When replacing an internally routed cable or hose, don’t pull the old one out first if you can avoid it. Use the existing cable or hose to help establish a guide through the frame — it can save a lot of fishing around afterwards!
